About the Team
Christiane Hepfer is the Founding Partner and President of Green Valley Homes. With over 35 years of experience in all facets of the commercial real estate business and development, she formed the company in 2010 together with Development Partner John Hill. When construction activities in the Vail Valley came to a grinding halt, Ms. Hepfer decided to start a company that would offer job opportunities for local contractors and provide competitive new homes for full time valley residents. Her belief in the merits of the Buckhorn Valley Development kept this project on the map and Green Valley Home’s success story continues today in an upwards trending home market.
John V. Hill is the Manager of Operations for Green Valley Homes. John brings four decade of international and regional development and construction experience to bear on our Buckhorn Valley homes. He is a registered professional civil engineer who emphasizes quality and enduring value in design, construction, and outfitting of Green Valley Homes. His dedication to these principals show in our finished homes, and will continue to serve Green Valley owners for years to come.
